Diamond toughness for concrete crack preparation for repair.
Our 1951 driveway concrete slab had settled and cracked over the years and I purchased the 4.5-inch diameter/0.5-inch wide crack chaser wheel for my angle grinder. The crack chaser wheel worked very well in opening up the existing cracks prior to installation of a self-leveling polyurethane product. I utilized the crack chaser wheel on 75-lineal feet of cracks and it appears to have experienced little wear and tear. The wheel is well made and its integral nut for removal from grinder spindle is a great feature.
- The blades worked great for us on a small crack repair job. No complaints. Would recommend to anyone.
- May have a shorter lifespan compared to other blades
