Overall good system, needs updating

i really like that you can access all of your information in one place from mobile devices or desktops. The customer service is terrible for the most part. I have had tickets changed without my consent multiple times. One time they charged me twice! Customer service is not great when it comes to technical support. They are very slow with taking action after issues arise as well. Very user unfriendly especially if there is an issue happening around their staff. There should be better communication between employees and customers before any actions occur. It's been easy to use once we set up our account but getting started was difficult because of some outdated features still available on the website/app. We needed something to keep track of flight numbers and boarding passes so everyone could stay organized.
