Great program and easy way keep families informed

The best thing about centriK is that it has all of my airline's data in one place which makes things so much easier for me when I need them! It also helps with keeping track of our flight schedule as well because we can see where everyone will be flying next week or what flights are delayed etc., This software isn't very user friendly but once you get used to using this system its not too bad after awhile (I'm only just getting started). We have been able use their website through out daycare…

  • Able access from anywhere, even cell phone if needed!!! Makes life easyer

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Overall good system, needs updating

i really like that you can access all of your information in one place from mobile devices or desktops. The customer service is terrible for the most part. I have had tickets changed without my consent multiple times. One time they charged me twice! Customer service is not great when it comes to technical support. They are very slow with taking action after issues arise as well. Very user unfriendly especially if there is an issue happening around their staff. There should be better…

An affordable and effective solution albeit needs room improve

It's easy-to use for both customer service reps or supervisors who are away from their desktops/phones! The mobile application is very intuitive once you get used with it - no need of any training (if that). A couple minor issues like not being able to add new fields easily when creating tickets & in some cases having trouble transferring ticket data between tabs but nothing too serious as such.
