Slippery! Your hands and feet will slide on this mat.
If you’re looking for comfort, this mat is lovely— it’s thick cushion-y and beautiful. If you’re looking for utility this is NOT the yoga mat for you. It is very slippery and both your hands and feet will slide. This is not usually an issue for me so I was surprised to find them slipping on this mat.
- The mat provides a comfortable base for meditation practice as well
- Not suitable for use on slippery and wet surfaces
