the best with sliced bread! I bought one a year ago and really liked it. Only with this model, there were some things that I would think "should do (this or that) to improve the design". Well when I ordered this one they did this and that and improved the design! Best Features: Sprays liquid when you press a lever on the handle, so no batteries (unlike Swiffer). Then the cleaning pads are fantastic and clean great so you don't have to buy (quickly) dirty pads. and, even better, liquid cleaners are refillable bottles. (ah freedom from Swiffer). The Bona cleaner itself is great, I have another bottle that I refilled with diluted sanitizer so I can switch between them so it's easy to take out and put another in (I have 2 dogs). They work great on both my hardwood and tile. I also recommend the Bona dust mop. It's cool. Thank you guys !
