Although manufactured by ACDelco and listed for their specific ACDelco tensioner assemblies, it does not show up on the GM parts breakdown for the vehicle. The parts diagrams show the complete tensioner assembly only. Still, I expected an exact match since the manufacturer is the same ACDelco. This is not an "exact" fit. The OEM is symmetrical, but this wheel is not. By symmetrical I mean the hub and grooves are on the same centerline, so flipping the original wheel over doesn't affect the movement of the belt. Each side of the pulley has a flange and on this part the flange is much thicker on one side. OEM wheels are the same thickness on both sides. Why is it important? Because the grooves are centrally located between these flanges, unless you take detailed measurements of the hub, you can't be sure if turning this wheel upside down will affect belt tracking. There is no indication on the part itself or in any documentation which side is facing forward. However, since the fixed mounting surface is at the rear, I adapted the rear flange to the old part and placed the thicker side towards the engine. Maybe I'm reconsidering that, but unless they reposition the hub so that it's on the same centerline as the grooves, flipping this wheel could be a huge belt tracking issue. Something like that where the OEM is the mirror. The image is front to back, why does the replacement have to be designed with two different sides and no inline indication of which side should face forward?
