It is easy to use, it works well with our IVR system, it allows us to have real conversations with customers which saves tons of time, and best of all - we get to keep our numbers in our database! SmartCell's customer service has been really great, we never had any problems with them. If you're looking to make calls that are compliant with the law you need to use this tool. We were making too many outgoing calls before using SmartCell. It helps tremendously by having only one number and not needing to call multiple people to complete the same task.
