Received this product today and it's already boxed for return to Revain. It didn't get an IP address, and after trying to talk to tech support for several hours, I gave up. Combine this with other bad reviews, don't waste your time and money. This product promises too much and just doesn't deliver. There could be something better out there, but this feature-packed print server sucks. Don't say you weren't warned! I ignored other bad reviews to try anyway, my mistake! Also as an update, I forgot to add that the installation CD that came with it was defective. I tried it on multiple drives and it was a bad drive.
