- Hand jack I used to transfer petrol from a snow blower or lawnmower to gas cylinders and back - If you're not careful you'll make a mess, make sure the hoses are secure are or you will spray gas everywhere. I also have an electric siphon, but that's limited to a short hose and a strong inlet end. It's EASIER, but it's a more flexible product in terms of its potential use in different situations.
