It's easy to use, it can be accessed from any device anywhere in world with an internet connection! I like that you have all your information right at hand without having to go back into another program or system for certain things (i.e., insurance billing). Sometimes, there is not enough screenspace which makes scrolling difficult sometimes when trying find something out quickly/easily such as what equipment needs service etc. As mentioned above - ease-of-use & accessibility are great features about this product because who doesn't love those? Also, if our clients don’t know how powerful their software really could do we show them via demo during training sessions so they understand its capabilities better than just reading through documentation alone. We also created custom reports within "Reports" section by linking up different tables/fields together and allowing users access directly off one screen vs multiple tabs needing opened separately. This helps keep track.
