I like the ability to use the program to submit RFIs and other documents. I wish I was able to copy and paste a document from another source to the program. It's a good program but definitely would be better if it could integrate better with other programs used in the project. Try it. I have been able to submit proposals, change orders, RFIs for my firm. I like how easy it is to create new forms and then populate them with data. It's very intuitive. The lack of an ability to have multiple tabs per form makes creating forms for large projects difficult. It would also be nice if you could set up folders within each tab to further organize your forms. We are using this to track all of our submittals.
