Bought this router in February. The first 2 months were great, but then the connection started dropping, which is why I restarted the router sometimes 2 times a day. I called tech support, they asked me to update the firmware manually. Told them he had the latest version but they wanted me to update again. The router worked the rest of the day. The next morning I had to reboot the router. This router has a built-in program that allows it to reset itself. You choose days and times. For me it restarts every morning at 6:00 am. That helped for several months. Recently the signal started dropping again and reconnecting after a few moments.
