Discharging the battery
This is great for turning off the voltage while the battery is in use. It stops outputting but you can't leave the battery connected. This power outage (this product) persists and continues to drain the battery. I just have to remember to take out the batteries when not in use. It would be better if it went out completely and you had to turn off the power to get it back. I use this to prevent my batteries from draining when riding with kids.
