Terrible telephone manners from Rugged Ridge customer service.
Missing parts. Spoke to David who told me very scathingly that no parts leave the warehouse until the 4th after inventory. May worry less about my predicament. In the meantime my Jeep is torn apart and unusable until I jump through their online warranty claims to get a very small but necessary part to complete my installation in about 1-4 a week later. Terrible service from what I thought was an established premium parts supplier. Here's the feedback they deserve.
