Amazing Customer Service and Very Pleasant Company

The customer service we receive is fantastic, they are very helpful in any question you may have during your implementation process as well as after it has been completed. They can be slow to respond at times but I honestly believe this is due to their size, not that they don't want to help! We use Thank Q to manage all of our communications with donors throughout the year. The fact that there is an option when communicating via email so that if someone doesn't open or read the message then it goes into a folder where other people will see them allows us to maximize every communication opportunity.
