Most useless tool I've ever bought

I'm fully aware that this review may sound fantastic or reactionary but I promise you it isn't. I'm writing this a few weeks after insulating my power cables, which worked very well, not thanks to this tool. This tool really is the most useless tool I've ever bought. He's beyond terrible at his job. In fact, I never got it to work, not once. I have a feeling that the metal that goes into the connector is either too thick or too short or both. If Dicke explains why this tool doesn't work, it's because removing pins takes many times more effort than staples would. I knew about the tacker trick before I bought it, but bought it anyway, thinking it would make things easier and improve pin maintenance. Not true. The basic trick is infinitely better because it actually works. Not only works, but very well. This can take longer than if you had the right tooling, but I think this is a case where making the right tooling is extremely difficult. That's what this review boils down to. It's a very bad design tool, at least when it comes to teardown. Unfortunately the only way to improve this tool as far as I can see is to make the tip thinner. The type of connector is really a problem here again. This tool attempts to complete a task that should be much easier. If I had to develop a tool for the same job I would do it in a metal rod like this, but I would have a screw and part notch for the strut on either side. The user loosens the screws, lowers the straightened bracket into the cutouts and under the screws, and tightens the screws to hold them in place. The current design is bound to break, so my suggestion will fix that problem.
