Macbook Pro 2019 NOT WORKING.

I've tried everything to get this to work as it's a nice and affordable 1080p webcam but it doesn't work on my 2019 Macbook Pro. It shows that a USB camera is connected, but I just get a black screen. I've followed the provided document (printed document making it very cheap in product design) and haven't found a solution to make it work. To return!
