Internal solder connections are sub-standard. The wires come loose from the terminals causing the switch to fail. When I opened the switch I found that the wires had snapped from the terminals. I tried soldering them back in, but the heat damaged the switch. I'll try and get another switch to replace the broken one and hope it lasts a little longer. Only use this for a 12 volt computer fan that draws 0.02 amps. Should not be a problem. For $11 each I expected more. Cheaper switches have proven to be more durable. It's a shame that there is such a small selection of surface mount switches.
