I like how easy it was to set up, as well as communicate with other members of my team in real time! It's also very user friendly when you're trying to send an image or video through WhatsApp (or any messenger app).

There are no downsides at this point but if there were then they would be minor ones - nothing major enough not worth mentioning here. If your looking into something similar please do so because we have had great success using mediGrams throughout our organization since its launch last year. We've been able to share information quickly which has helped us make better decisions more efficiently than before.
