I have been feeding my flock of seven parrots this food for breakfast for many years. The range of legumes, seeds, fruits, vegetables, pasta and nuts is the best and most consistent I've found. They all love it and I mean LOVE it. My pack ranges from a few different parakeets to Princess Parrots and African Grays, and of all their variety of foods throughout the day, this is the one that really turns them on. My fawn gray yells "Mmm Mmm breakfast hurry up hurry up pretty good Ha Oooo" and keeps burying her face in the bowl, rarely coming out for air and making "yummy" noises. The rest are running around the cages, ringing the bell and obviously yelling at us to hurry up :) They don't "soak" this food in water so it tastes better, so there's no mess and almost no waste. That's all. I have to buy this year after year. All my birds are very loud, healthy and happy. What's not to like?
