Napkins are for use in the kitchen in place of paper towels, but not for car washing. I just tried them today and when I tried to soak up the water it wasn't very effective. It leaves a lot of moisture no matter how many times you wring it out and try again. I've used real suede in the past and it's far more effective. One turn and no more moisture. The problem is that they are more expensive, they can be too thin and break easily, and you have to be careful not to expose them to too much sunlight or they will go bad. Overall I would say get real suede. Next time I'll try lambskin.
