I play a lot of golf and have been wearing Ecco golf shoes for years but I decided to try these as I could get them for a very reasonable price. They fit well, were light and comfortable. At the end of the first summer I started having problems with blisters on my heels so I bought some tape and it worked great. In the fall, I noticed that the shoes weren't as supportive and the upper tilted inward. Also, the sole of the "point" was deleted from the outside of the shoe. While this may be related to the way I walk, I've never noticed any of my other golf shoes wear more or less evenly. While the upper still looks great, these shoes wear out after a year, not the 2+ years that I've been leaving Eccos. I estimate they are 1/3 the Eccos price I paid.
