2000 MKIV Jetta, factory power window finally broken after 21 years. Not bad for a European. I freaked this out, was very easy to install and no coding required. Auto up and down works great. While I did notice there was a small error in the casting process, it's no big deal and the switches are a bit touchy. Although these things don't really matter to me, this product represents good value for the money. The prices are well below retail prices. When installing, check for proper fit when attaching to the door. You may have to shave the plastic frame off a bit to get it to fit properly. It took 10 minutes or less to cut and install the bezel.
