Great item for taking my senior dog on long walks. Bought September 2020 so less than a year old but gets lots of 2-5 mile walks plus walks with a younger dog walking alongside. When I encountered an issue with a crossbar, the company responded the same day and continues to provide great customer service! It folds up very easily for storage after each walk if needed - 45 seconds maximum. Ideal for travel, the wheels are also easy to remove and install. And it's very easy to push - even with an 80-pound dog - and it's very quiet. Great product, highly recommend - especially if you are taking your older friends with you and still want to allow younger pups to go on long walks.
