Review on 💻 Plugable USB 2.0 Video Graphics Adapter: Connect Multiple Monitors up to 1920x1080 on Windows 10, 8.1, 7, XP by Joel Young

I bought Plugable 2.0 to use multiple monitors. Overall performance is fantastic. Plug it into a USB port and it will automatically sync to your monitor. The resolution is excellent and you can view multiple Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents on different screens, saving you time in real time by not having to constantly switch between files. My problem is the quality of some details. The display driver for the HDMI component is formed by connecting two plastic housings. The pins/adhesive didn't work for me and the parts came loose and stressed the wire harness between the HDMI connector and the display adapter. Very disappointing. Otherwise I would give this product 5 stars. This happened just as I was about to purchase the USB 3.0 version to see what performance increase it would offer. Update: Plugable contacted me about the issue and offered to send a replacement for the faulty item immediately. Ranking based on excellent customer service and timely response. Was on a trip, the goods came home before me. Will be updated after the replacement is tested. Update 2: Received replacement and works great, great customer service
