Be sure to clean the surface too well Very good

Make sure there is no residue. should also be super clean. After a few days of installation I had a light chip where the old white EDPM top coat hasn't rubbed off the black rubber. Works perfectly. Will be updated later this winter. It's almost always cold and wet in Washington state
