I've tried repairing several different parts over the years with different types of glue, resin, epoxy and most worked temporarily but only seemed to increase the thickness what that Adjusting the part complicated properly. Wow, it was lighter than me though and seemed to hold the pieces together very solidly and tightly within seconds. Just for a little extra strength I added a layer of flexible sealer over it when I was done and covered it with plastic. Looks and feels like a new OEM and I don't have to spend $50 on a used part that is no longer in production and will probably fail in a few years.
