Fairly easy to install. makes a very noticeable difference in response and a VERY noticeable difference in sound. used on 2008 Toyota Sequioa 4.7L V8. made a very noticeable difference. As other reviewers have said. Your wife will probably think it's MUCH louder and be pissed that you installed it.
