I have absolutely no doubts that this tea helped me give birth quickly and efficiently. I started drinking it at 36 weeks to tone my uterus. I had frequent Braxton Hicks contractions on the days I drank it. I have not done or taken anything else that might help with the birth. I went into labor at 39 weeks and 2 days. The contractions started around 6:00 p.m. with light contractions. Arrived at the hospital around 8pm and they got more intense. I had an epidural around 9pm. The baby was born at 1 a.m. I pressed 4 times in 10 minutes and he passed out! My first contractions lasted twice as long and became less productive with each contraction. So I guess tea for the third trimester!
