This collar works great and I love that it comes in a set of 2! I have two large dogs that used to be horrible on leash walkers and constantly pulled. Together they easily outweigh me and it's hard to get them to listen when they're at high arousal levels. With these collars I was able to teach them to walk beside me instead of pulling them forward so I can finally walk both dogs at the same time! In most cases, they react very slightly to the "Vibration" mode. Only when they are at a very high level of arousal (e.g. when they hear a dog behind a fence or see a rabbit/squirrel running around) do I need to use the shock function (usually only levels 1-5 to make them click out) . I love that I was able to use this to get my dog's attention from a distance. My only disappointment with these collars is that they are advertised as completely waterproof, but one collar failed after my dog went swimming for the first time and stopped working after that. I do not work. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement set. We tried them again in the pool and the second collar from the original set stopped working. So I think I'll stop using them in the pool. Disappointing as my dogs get very excited in the pool and love being able to correct them when they are trying to jump on people or get out of control. I still love these collars and find them very valuable! I just wouldn't call them "fully waterproof". (Maybe waterproof?) Would have given a 5 star rating if they weren't waterproof.
