THE BEST FIXED BEARING FOR ESCOOTER.

BEST ESCOOTER storage bag. There is a recess on the back for carrying the scooter. I cut off the handlebar straps, used 10 pounds. Velcro and 3 black zippers. I need space on the steering wheel for the horn and lights. You will need a crowbar to remove this bag.
