This is normal. It came with (2), which is good because the first one went bad very quickly. It kept popping out of the cigarette lighter in my car (the front one). Not sure if this is some kind of security measure or not but it happened a week later. The second has worked flawlessly so far. But I only use it in the trunk. I have it for passengers to use when I ride Lyft. I would not recommend that. I'm sure you can find better ones. Light factor, no one sees it as it's in the trunk. So I could get something less flashy and more efficient. I put 2 for the fact that the second one hasn't broken in over a month. It's good. No need to rush and buy another one so quickly.
