What is it perfect for! It has 2 alarm clocks that come with your fridge freezer. We raise and butcher our own cattle, so we always have 2 freezers full of meat. We live in such a way that sometimes the electricity goes out in the middle of the night and we only notice it in the morning. It's not good if you have a freezer full of meat! What I was looking for was an alarm that would connect to my phone and notify me if there was a power outage in my garage. I came across this one that will alert me when the temp rises and until I find another one it will work great. At least it beeps when it goes above freezing so I have a chance to run out and flip the brake box. I set the alarm by putting it in my fridge which is warmer than I ever wanted my freezer loud enough to alert me at night. So for now I'm happy with the results.
