Sooooo easy to use. But sometimes it won't charge fully even if charged overnight. And the battery left on the screen is absolute garbage. My husband said it was 3/4 full but kept dying and he turned it back on and finally said it was empty. The readings are completely inaccurate. Also, sometimes without any reason, the Bluetooth connection to your phone drops and drops. And I know it's not my phone because I have a number of bluetooth devices none of which have this problem. Another thing is that it can come out VERY EASY with velcro specially. The top little clip meant to hold it in place doesn't do anything so you have to be careful, you can easily knock it out by taking your helmet off. I always make sure he's there before we take off. It's fun and they're a lot cheaper than the Senas, but as they say, you get what you pay for.
