Review on Enhance Your Candle Making Experience with EricX Light Candle Color Dye - 24 Vibrant Wax Dye Colors by Carol Miller

MAKE SURE YOUR TEMPERATURE IS AT LEAST 200 F!

These colors are so bright and so pretty! It really doesn't take much to get a deep, rich shade. I've seen a lot of feedback about floats and chips on the floor, but I promise you it's just a matter of melting point. I heat my wax to 200 degrees and it melts the paint easily without leaving any floats or sinks. Then when I add fragrance I just wait for the wax to cool to around 175/180 degrees and it works great. The chips may look a little colorless when compacted, but the colors are as advertised!

Pros
  • Use approximately 0.4-0.6 g (0.015-0.02 oz) of candle wax paint per pound of soy wax.
Cons
  • Obsolete
