Easy to use, fast loading of data from other systems into my practice's EMR, easy access to all patient information online, good customer service, able to export data in multiple formats.

Some functions are not as intuitive or user friendly as I would like. We were looking for an inexpensive way to get started using our new EMR product that we purchased at work but didn't want to purchase additional modules/tools until we had more experience with it. The price was right and they helped us set up what we needed quickly and easily.
