This is a replacement window regulator for 2012 FIAT POP Sport. The installation is very easy. I've seen several installations online where the window is difficult to fit into the plastic C clip below. Your answer is to put the window in a plastic clip. DO NOT DO THIS - YOU COULD BREAK THE WINDOW AND INJURE YOURSELF. Instead, simply remove the black rubber piece that holds the window in the clip before inserting the regulator into the door frame. Once you remove that piece of rubber the window will sit on top of the plastic instead (which is fine), the window fits perfectly and works beautifully. If you're new to a car like the 2012 FIAT Sport Pop, I've replaced the adjusters at least 3 times on each side during the warranty period. It's not that I'm out of warranty, this is my first time with a non-FIAT ESC. About 3 weeks after I replaced this, the standard driver's side power window broke again. It turns out #8.
