This is one of those tools that is a bit cumbersome due to the high price, but pays for itself after intensive use. If you do a lot of board level electronics and often cut leads, wires and the like then these cutters are awesome. You must know beforehand that the dies must not be exactly flush. This is how they are designed and help to extend the life of the cutting edges and make the cutting tools even more efficient. There is very little overlap, which should not be taken as a sign of poor quality. They are exceptionally sharp and fit your hand perfectly, making it easy to manipulate your work while holding the pliers. These are one of my favorite instruments.
