No more wasted champagne or prosecco.
Some of my favorite cocktails are made with either champagne or prosecco. I've always paid more for it at restaurants because it never made sense to open a whole bottle of champagne or prosecco to make 1 or 2 cocktails out of a whole bottle. So it was pretty exciting to get this seal. Bubbles don't last forever, but we can assume the bottle will last at least for the weekend. In other words, from French 75s or Spagliatos on Friday/Saturday nights to Mimosa, Bellinis or Kir Royales for Sunday brunch. I am very happy with it.
