Too Strict - Air Filter and Accessories
This filter is too restrictive and gives my Civic a slightly rich air/fuel mixture - like having a dirty filter. I spent months trying to fix the problem - changing sensors, using hotter spark plugs, fuel additives, etc. I went back to using an OEM Honda air filter and changed the spark plugs from carbon black to the recommended tan color again. . The filter is well constructed but does not provide adequate flow.
