Review on 🚪 WINSOON Antique Sliding Cabinet Hardware by Eduardo Reyes

This barn door track as shown in my picture was installed with very few problems. The track and parts are of very high quality. The installation instructions were well written. Problem #1 - The box was slightly damaged when received, but there were no damaged parts. The only problem was that I was missing a bolt, washer, and nut for the plate that holds my 2-6 foot pieces together. Call the seller - after 2 days I had the parts. Problem #2 - I didn't want to use the support board behind the railing because I installed extra support behind the wall specifically for the future barn doorstep. I called the seller - he sent a full set of long spacers, I also received them for FREE within a few days. I changed my mind after that and decided to install a support board anyway to give the rail more support - highly recommend. Problem #3 - I couldn't find a better way to install the floor rails without temporarily removing the screw. Question to the supplier - I received a response within 24 hours specifying the best procedure - eliminating the need to remove bolts. Ultimately, product support is just as important as product quality. I give the product/seller a 5 because both criteria were met very well.
