I recently hooked up a 1 lb propane can and the internal valve screwed into the extension hose was not screwed in tight enough so that when the propane can was unscrewed propane came out. This could result in a deadly explosion. Luckily I had a multi tool in my pocket and pulled out my pliers and pulled out the internal value that was stuck in the propane valve. REMEMBER TO ENSURE THAT THE INNER VALVE THAT SCREWS INTO THE PROPANE CYLINDER IS TIGHT.
