Possibly the worst technology I've ever bought. I won't keep in touch no matter what I do. I've never been able to transfer a full set of photos or songs without them crashing and having to reconnect or hold them in a certain position, or just transfer files in small batches expecting to transfer them every few anyway crash minutes. STAY OUTSIDE.
