First of all I want to say that I had to return mine because the item was damaged because as you can see in the picture I had two places where the LEDs were stuck and in the right one it was actually this matrix. small red dots around it. Unfortunately, the camera cannot focus properly when the screen is off. A black or very dark screen is usually negligible. I was half tempted to keep the monitor because everything else was so great until I realized I had spent $3.2k in taxes on it and wasn't sure if it was already damaged, if it would get bigger, and once I noticed it, I couldn't miss it. Disadvantages aside, this monitor is pretty amazing. 1400 nits is REALLY bright. Colors are awesome and vibrant overall. The smoothness of simply scrolling through websites or windows at 144Hz was just so satisfying. 32 inches is HUGE. I have a 28" 4k monitor which puts it a bit to shame. I noticed that since it was a 32" it wasn't as sharp as my 28 but that was to be expected given the pixel density. .I know some people mention that the active cooling system is noisy, i personally didn't notice it, but i never tested the monitor for its function possibly due to a defect i had, i had some problems, with that, the aurasync Trigger works with the monitor I'm not sure if it was also damaged but I was never able to turn on the backlight Overall I think the monitor is great but for such an expensive product I feel the quality control should be a lot stricter.
