This thing is awesome. My only complaint. and it doesn't matter. is that the fermentation tank is quite thin. Not so thin that I feel like it's going to break, but it will bend. The box contained everything I needed to get started. Any o-rings, gaskets, hoses, nipples, caps, airlocks, fittings, valves and jars that you can request. It even comes with a roll of twine! I can tell you I haven't had any issues with this other than the threads getting a bit confused. but nothing the passage of a razor wouldn't solve. The hydraulic unit can be dismantled for cleaning. The handle is detachable and serves as a handle for tightening the case. If you skip this step. I could see that the valve was leaking or falling apart. I'm not afraid of it at all. And notice. Gaskets/Rings are NOT INSTALLED. You are in the bag. You have to install them yourself. It can also be a source of leak discomfort. Finally. Anyone who has ever worked with plastic pipe fittings and thread tape can tell you: don't overdo it! I've made 2-3 passes through the fittings and there will be no leakage. Too much thread tape can cause plastic fittings/pipes to crack under mechanical stress. This can also be another source of complaints. It says 3 gallons but you don't really want to fill it that much. You run the risk of overflowing if the yeast gets stuck. The ideal batch is 2.5 gallons. Overall I am very satisfied with the value for money of this product. It's just fantastic. Just buy two. you need a second one
