Nice try; But not quite as

Tank cap is tight; but, somewhat narrowly, on the Volvo S80. However, the round mounting hole in the rubber tether is too small to fit the rectangular mounting pin in the gas door; and needs drilling to make more. The cable is also too short to allow easy access to the filler neck; and must be physically stretched to unscrew the cap.
