I like that the platform is integrated with the customer service center, making it easy to track complaints. I also like that the platform is customizable and allows for many different types of reports. I dislike that there are no reports for the customer service center. Most of the reports are for the customer service center, but not for the customer. I also dislike that the platform does not allow you to send a notification to the customer. I think that this is a great platform but would like to see some more reports for the customer service center. I use this platform to track customer complaints. I also use this platform to track customer service center activity.
