Surprisingly Nice Filament

I did like printing with this filament, it has a nice sparkle to and it was the closest to Kawasaki green I could find. It printed easily on my powder coated bed and each print has held up to this day (I bought this some time ago). Considering buying another spool after I reassemble my printer.Do note however that I pretty much destroyed the filament when I noticed popping noises coming from the extruder nozzle, a telltale sign it had absorbed moisture for not storing it like I should have. I may have heated it too high, or there was too high of inconsistent temperatures across my oven, heating it unevenly and possibly high than what I was measuring. Regardless, it came out and the strands had begun fusing to themselves, and the filament was extremely brittle. I purchased a large sealed container, a couple pounds of silica beads and a food dehydrator soon afterwards to avoid that from ever happening again, and it has pretty much eliminated that problem altogether.

Pros
  • The filament's low viscosity makes it suitable for printing fine details and intricate objects
Cons
  • The filament may be more difficult to remove from the print bed than other materials, requiring more effort and time
