Works so far so good out of the box.

Packaged well, hooked up to a Windows 7 laptop and automatically found the drivers, looked for a hotspot and there were three times as many, all at full strength compared to the built-in Wi-Fi. I'll test it on Linux and WinBlows in a few weeks and update the review accordingly.
