Impressive for the price and size

update below. Damn, these things are loud in my car. I actually had to lower the max level as others have said. Despite the fact that they have a built-in crossover, I still placed them behind the existing one. According to the liner notes, in "high power" systems [60-100W RMS] you need to add a 15 ohm/20W resistor (I haven't done that yet - I'm using around 200W RMS), so conclude I find that this reduces their overall volume and clarity. Once you tweak the settings for them, they complete the overall sound nicely. The rumble of symbols is clearly audible, drum brushes become much more noticeable. I'm not crazy about how the radio hosts' voices sound with them. Definitely not for a "competitive" setup. They include almost everything you need for a typical installation, new or replacement. But of course they were too small for my application. I got lucky and they fit into the shell of my old tweeters that I was replacing, so a little hot glue did the trick! I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I'm pleasantly surprised. Hopefully they'll last a few years before needing replacement - if they do, that's incredible value. UPDATE: While I couldn't find a recommended resistor anywhere, I was able to find 10W/30 ohm resistors here on Revain. Put 2 in parallel and you get the required specification. Now these things sound MUCH better - less shrill and less tinny. Resistors are needed when you have definitely exceeded the 50 watt mark. Photos added.
